Federation of State Medical Boards

Ms. Robin is the Chief Advocacy Officer for the Federation of State Medical Boards and leads the FSMB’s Washington D.C office. During her tenure at the FSMB, Ms. Robin has been active in policy analysis, development and promulgation on issues including medical board authority and structure, medical licensure and multi-state practice, professional conduct and ethics, telemedicine, state pain and addiction policy, medical marijuana, and physician health. She represents the position of the FSMB and state medical boards to the United States Congress and the Administration. She also assists individual medical boards achieve their state legislative and policy agendas. She oversees the FSMB’s continuing medical education services, federal and state legislative and policy services, communications and public affairs, as well as providing support for the FSMB Research and Education Foundation and its grant programs. Ms. Robin earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas.
