Cheryl Lulias has more than 20 years of experience working with complex health care systems and health plans in a broad range of areas including integrated delivery system development, population health management, value-based contracting, strategy and network management. She currently serves as President & Executive Director of Medical Home Network (MHN), a healthcare innovations organization dedicated to improving access and disparity issues in the safety-net through collaboration, technology and a team-based model of care.
Under Cheryl’s leadership, MHN has been a pioneer in healthcare transformation powered by connectivity and data—linking the Chicago area ecosystem and delivering real-time information to enable meaningful care coordination and patient engagement. Cheryl also serves as CEO of the MHN ACO, the first Medicaid ACO in Illinois. MHN ACO is owned and governed by leaders from 12 health care organizations and is currently at-risk for 120,000 lives.
Previously, Cheryl served as the Vice President of Network Management for WellCare Health Plans of IL. Throughout her career, she has held various leadership positions at several academic and community hospital systems in IL, IN and NY. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and her Master of Public Administration from the University of Illinois.
