Kelly Rhone, MD, FACEP, serves as Avera eCARE’s Medical Director of Outreach and Innovation. In this role, she is responsible for physician engagement and retention along with telehealth program development. Another key role of Dr. Rhone’s is educating medical professionals on telehealth and change management. She is an experienced emergency medicine physician with over a decade of emergency medicine experience. Dr. Rhone completed her medical education at the University of South Dakota in Vermillion, SD and her emergency medicine training at HealthPartners-Regions Hospital in St. Paul, MN.
